It starts with a darker tone of uncertainty and despair, then transitions into a tone of knowing and self worth. Although there is a struggle and cry for help in the beginning, Carla brings it all back in with a new feeling of confidence and self assurance. Ultimately the narrative Carla hopes to express is that we all go through these feelings but it’s up to us to ground and reassure ourselves.
